If the astigmatism of the eyes is high, please choose lenses that are -0.1 to -0.5 less than your myopia.
Because the refractive index of water is different, it is necessary to subtract 0.5(50) degrees to avoid excessive height, which will make people easily dizzy.
Example: Astigmatism is 1.0(100) degrees, myopia is 5.0(500) degrees, then 500-50=450 degrees, Then you can choose -4.5(-450) degree or -5.0(-500) degree lenses.
